What's Happening!

Saturdays A-meet is at Regency Estates.  The Caravan will leave earlier than usual (7:20AM) because of expected traffic due to the Tiger Woods golf tournament.  Warm-ups start at 8:25 AM as usual.  The theme is Red, White and Blue!

The Hallowell meet results are posted.

The Deadline for signing up for Six Flags is July 7.

Food Drive for Damascus Help - Final Count

Lynn Leach reported the following update: Thanks to all who contributed to the Food Drive!  We collected 129 items this year.

CONGRATULATIONS Dolphins! Two big wins this week! First, our B-meet last Wednesday night was a HUGE success! Many spirited ‘Pirates’ sprinting toward the finish of their races and capitalizing on the great competition provided from the Upper County Dolphin team, with an UNBELIEVABLE 183 best times posted out of 249 swims!!!.

Records Broken at Kentlands Pool

CONGRATULATIONS to three Dolphin Swimmers for breaking Kentland Pool Records!
 
13-14 Boys 50M Freestyle: Josh Kiehl 26.90 (breaking the old mark of 27.07)
 
13-14 Girls 50M Freestyle: Hedda Boege 29.37 (breaking the old mark of 29.66)
 
15-18 Girls 100M Breaststroke: Sarah VanDoren 1:17.50 (breaking the old mark of 1:20.31)

 

New Washington Post Website

The Post launched a new website (6/22).  Their goal is to create an extensive online community of area swimmers, coaches and swim parents by doing the following:
