
Hannah Temme has been a swimmer for the Damascus Dolphins since she was 7 years old. She quickly learned the breaststroke, which was her favorite stroke until she learned butterfly. Hannah began to swim with Mark Ward’s Wolverines soon after starting with the Dolphins. In 2001 Hannah began to swim with Jorge Silva for the Hydro Sonic Tiburones. Hannah swam the 500 freestyle, the 200 IM and the 100 Butterfly for the Damascus Hornets all four years of high school. In the winter of 2008 she made Senior Champs in the 200 Butterfly. This is Hannah’s second year as a swim coach for the Damascus Dolphins. This fall Hannah will be going to Marist College in New York, where she plans to dual major in Childhood Education and Special Education and minor in Social Work.
